The most recent support call was when I attempted to set up IP-restricted access — support arranged a remote session, troubleshot, then worked on it until it was fixed. It integrates with several RMMs and PSAs. For a small company it receives a fair amount of development.

Hi Guys – Just a bit of feedback. The issue with your support email not forwarding to your service desk was extremely frustrating and business impacting for us. I am disappointed we were left for a full business day without support! Also, we tried to use the contact phone number on your website which we could not call from here in New Zealand. ALL of our unique passwords are stored in SI Poral and loss of access is stressful because we have no Plan B. We would be locked out of all out clients with little hope to get back in. My helpdesk team are unable to assist our clients, and this looks bad for us. I’m keen to see more options to contact you, including an AU/NZ number to a support desk. Regards Liam
